Test Manager

Candidate’s profile

We are looking for a test manager to successfully design, develop, and deliver large projects. The main role of hired person will be to support Colonnade in all activities related to Quality Assurance and Tests Management.

 Role:​

  • ​Implementation and execution of quality assurance and defect management processes for the whole organization.

  • Preparation, coordination,and execution of SITand UAT testing phases.

  • Participationin the requirements analysis and definition of the test specifications.

  • Building internal competence around defect management and testing best practices.

  • Leading, mentoring, and supporting personal growth of our internal testing team.

  • Creating the test plan and monitoring the progress of the testing activity for the project.

  • Managing scope and execution of regression tests.

  • Preparing test reports to project stakeholders.

  • Coordinating testing activities around releases and prepare testing reports.

  • Working with external suppliers, business, and development teams.

  • Coordinating tasks and decisions with relevant stakeholders.

Expectations:

  • At least 2 years of experience in the role of Test Coordinator/Test Manager in big IT projects

  • Experience in using agile methodologiesand workingwith tools likeJira/Confluence/Azure DevOps.

  • Experience in leading teams and coordinating tasks.

  • Ability to understand complex requirements and translate them into a testing approach.


Nice to have / strong assets:

  • Experiencewith Guidewire solutions.

  • Experience working in consulting, delivery, or IT company, especially in the field of non-life insurance.

  • Experience working in distributed, international Team.

  • Work experience in financial institutions or companies in the regulated sector.
