Site Reliability Engineer

Your Responsibilities

  • Shape the way how we orchestrate infrastructure and its operations

  • Support the engineering and operations teams with a DevOps and Engineer mindset

  • Focus on automation and reliability with both in-house developed and well-known OSS cloud operating models

  • Collaborate and participate towards technology and framework improvement and innovation Take care of technology deployments and their automated system management


Your Qualifications

  • Very good knowledge and experience with container technologies, eg. LXC

  • Excellent skills in Debian Linux (incl. networking, firewalling, VPNs and system provisioning)

  • Experience with multiple automation and provisioning technologies

  • Experience with Golang and Hashicorp technologies is a big plus

  • Beneficial is experience with automated testing, system- or software architecture design and configuration management

  • Eager to constantly expand your knowledge by yourself and in exchange with colleagues

  • Good command of English Language

  • And of course: Interest in IT security!
