IT Sourcer / Recruiter

Role:

Provide the client with suitable candidates who match the criteria for IT positions.


Daily routine:

- Publish attractive job-posting on the web

- Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques and get the long-list

- Make short-list from long-list

- Craft state-of-the-art e-mail and contact selected candidates

- Meet them online and have a chat about the job position and their desires. (Training and support at the beginning are assured.)

- Update the “Candibase” database of candidates

- Select the best ones and prepare the candidates profile for the export to client

Expectations:

- Experience working with different sourcing channels and strategies

- Experience as a sourcer or recruiter with a sourcing focus     

- Finisher attitude, networker

- IT recruitment knowledge, you are the partner to the candidates

- Fluent English


Conditions:
