Senior Consultant / Developer (ServiceNow)

What will be your role

​

• Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform

• Configure and customize ServiceNow modules and applications

• Communicate directly with clients, analyze requirements, and solve technical/process challenges

• Collaborate with international teams across multiple countries

• Provide expert consultation, support, and training to end users and clients

• Oversee delivery quality and support junior colleagues in their development

• Participate in solution improvements and process optimization initiatives

Who we are looking for

​

• 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow development and client consulting

• Strong hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow platform development

• Experience with JavaScript and understanding of SQL/databases

• Certifications such as CSA, CAD, or CIS are highly preferred

• Experience working on customer projects in an international environment

• Strong analytical thinking and independent problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

• Slovak tax residency is required

• English at communicative level (B2+)

• Technical background with overlap into technologies such as Java or Python is a plus
