Product Manager (Sr.)

Our Client is a leading European PayTech company with over 10,000 employees across 25+ countries. It provides advanced solutions in digital payments, card acquiring, and payment processing, connecting banks, fintechs, and merchants across Europe.
You will join a product team that is evolving from a reactive delivery model to a proactive product development approach, designing solutions based on market needs and opportunities.

What will be your role

Design and develop new products and solutions in payments (acquiring, processing, POS)
Identify market gaps and build business cases (costs, pricing, revenue)
Own the product lifecycle from idea to rollout (roadmap, prioritization, delivery)
Translate business needs into requirements for IT and collaborate with architects and analysts
Support RFP/RFI and presales activities (a significant part of the role)
Present solutions to clients and internally defend product decisions
Act as a bridge between business, IT, and clients

Who we are looking for

Experience in payments / acquiring (must-have)
Strong product mindset – ability to define business requirements and ideally business cases
Understanding of payment flows, card business, and POS ecosystem
Technical awareness (APIs, integrations, system limitations)
Strong communication and presentation skills (client-facing confidence is key)
Seniority, ownership, and career stability
Interest in payments trends and broader market developments (big plus)
