Performance marketing manager

Candidate’s profile

The Performance marketing Manager will be responsible for driving online marketing revenue for all  branches in cooperation with local marketing teams and agencies. In this role, he/she will implement and execute a strategy to create an optimal and efficient mix of online marketing revenue-driving investments. The suitable candidate has working experience in a key marketing position, preferably as a SEO/SEM Manager and significant experience in building and scaling acquisition programs that target consumers as well as experience in media planning across a broad online media mix. Key goal of successful candidate is to reach as many consumers as possible by building scalable omni-channel programs and campaigns.


 Role

  • Planning and management of SEM, Email Marketing, social media platforms, online promotions, content production, online display advertising

  • Delivering digital activities in a timely manner and make sure they are always in line with the business’s guidelines, quality standards and objectives

  • Collaborating with local marketing and IT teams, operational departments and local agencies in an effort to optimize programs, campaigns and landing pages, based on the real-time performance and the ROI

  • Leading team of marketing generalists (5) across CEE countries and online campaigns team.

  • Ensuring that leads are converted into consumers through well-crafted campaigns and close partnership with the direct sales department

  • Conducting research and analyses in order to deliver reports to the senior management on the performance of marketing campaigns and programs as well as forecasting and estimations on the profitability of those campaigns

  • Optimizing targeting and segmentation, as well as the allocation of budgets across multiple paid channels in order to generate cost effective user actions


Expectations

  • 3-5 years working experience in online acquisition marketing position

  • Fluency in acquisition of metrics, being able to evaluate and orchestrate large campaigns spanning numerous marketing channels, constantly reduce operational costs and measure the success of performance strategies

  • Proficiency in optimizing and executing SEM, PPC as well as expertise in Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, Google Ads and Bing Ads , conversion optimization tools (e.g. Google Optimize) and website analytics (mostly in Google Analytics).

  • Strong communication skills both in verbal and written form - ability to translate complex information and data into clear and easily understandable reports

  • Highly collaborative and creative

  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines, be decisive and have a positive “can do” attitude, be focused on detail, have initiative

  • Exposure to data visualization and reporting tools, such as PowerBI, is a plus
