Office 365 Expert
Profile:
we are seeking an Office 365 Expert to join the IT department and work with the team responsible for providing technical expertise for the full suite of Office 365 products and solutions including: Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Office Web Apps, Azure AD, etc.
Role:
Building PowerShell scripts and acting as the highest tier of escalation for any issues
Working closely with other members of the organization to form a cohesive team in developing and supporting our Microsoft cloud presence
Analyzing O365 usage data to identify issues and usage patterns
Managing log reviews, incident analysis, and identification of issue trends
Working effectively within a team and supporting peers toward improved processes and results
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
3+ years' experience in administrating, managing, and implementing Microsoft/Office 365
Experience with scripting/automation through PowerShell
Ability to provide end-user support and to work autonomously
Service mentality
Great self-organization, proactiveness
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent spoken and written communication skills
Fluent English
Additionally the ideal candidate:
Poses relevant Microsoft certificates
Understands how insurance companies work
Knows regulatory regulations applicable to the financial sector
Has experience in IT security field
