IT Project manager
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Organize and manage internal IT processes such as: Risk management, IT Roadmap planning, Budget planning and monitoring
Oversee relationships with third-party vendors and own Vendor management process
Facilitate cooperation between IT leadership located in our 6 branches
Assure compliance of IT Department and IT systems with internal and external regulations
As project manager, run selected projects or programs in the IT domain
Execute analysis, study or proof of concept at the initial stage of the projects
Cooperate closely with CIO on IT planning, processes design, IT strategy
SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
Experience as IT project / program manager
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to communicate with multiple seniority levels within the company, incl. C level
Strong workshop facilitation and presentation skills
Analytical background and strengths in problem-solving, processes analysis, creation and implementation
Excellent English, oral and written (full fluency required), and ability to work in an multinational environment
Pragmatical and proactive approach
Additionally the ideal candidates:
Understand how insurance companies work
Have experience working in consulting, delivery, or IT company
Have experience in IT security field
Know regulatory regulations applicable to the financial sector
Have experience working in agile methodologies
